Crumbl - Cedar Park

Crumbl Cookies are a delightful treat! The cookies are always fresh, soft, and loaded with flavor. I love the variety of flavors they offer, and the weekly rotating menu keeps things exciting. Their presentation is top-notch, making them perfect for special occasions or simply indulging in a sweet craving. Crumbl Cookies consistently delivers on taste and quality, making them a must-try for any cookie lover.

Let me start this off by saying I greatly enjoy their cookies. I came in tonight expecting to be greeted by welcoming staff. Instead, I was greeted by a staff member on their phone for 3 minutes until they turned around to look at me. Not a word was exchanged the entire time I was there. Also, not really a big deal, but it was bright and scary in there.

The red velvet is an uber moist brownish texture with a crisp cookie bottom. The waffle cookie was nothing spectacular really just a butter cookie taste with a dollop of icing and some scoring to emulate a waffle and you can drizzle as much or as little syrup you want. On to the snickerdoodle had one had em all. This last little cutie was a pleasant surprise the strawberry icing made the cookies what it is. The cookies are too doughy for me & a bit sweeter than I like. I don’t believe the cookies live up to the hype and they should scale back a little on the icing. Everyone else please enjoy.

UPDATE; If you have an issue, don't waste your time contacting customer support. They will merely tell you that they will give the feedback to the store. Stick to either making your own cookies or somewhere like Tiff's who have have exceptional service and good cookies. Original message: I don't like to leave bad reviews but thought it necessary. All I have to say is, "wow"! First time stopping by this establishment. I had some questions as I was not familar with their cookies and ordering. Two staff standing in back took a few minutes to acknowledge I was there. They signaled to another person to help me. When that person came to the counter, I told her that I was not familar with the cookies or ordering. She said she was really busy and couldn't help me and pointed over to the kiosk. I will gladly drive a little further to go to either Tiff's Treat or Great American Cookie where, even though they are always slammed, someone will take five minutes of their time to answer questions about their products.

I got up early on a Saturday and made my way to the Cedar park location. The store itself, is beautiful. The place was jumping and the cookies smelled delicious. I prepared to order but was told when I got to the counter that the app was down and I needed to go outside to place an order online. Who wants to go through that much effort to buy a cookie? Not me! Pro tip: never ask the customer to the heavy lifting. So I left and went across the highway to Tiff's treats where everything was working fine. CRUMBL looks delicious but the service leaves something to be desired. This is my second time there: once as a DoorDash driver and once as a customer both times I was not greeted immediately and had to wait when there was no one in front of me. Each time I've gone, there is no one at the register who greets you. Everyone looks busy either boxing or baking. While it's great to see everyone chipping in, it would be nice to have a dedicated greeter and cashier to assist and answer questions without waiting for extended periods. Hopefully, I'll get a chance to try the product one day after they get a way to place orders i
